- 200 Holger Way, San Jose, CA, Performed property condition assessment of an existing vacant office building including site grading and drainage, landscape, hardscape and amenities, building envelope, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems and limited ADA compliance.
Site Planning/Parcelization:
- Don Carlos Court, Pasadena, CA; Conducted assessment of a 7 unit bungalow court site and two contiguous parcels of land to determine whether desired density was achievable while preserving existing units. Ultimately, the lots were tied together and a 24 unit project incorporating the existing units was designed at 32 dwelling units/acre.
- Hastings Terrace Townhomes, Pasadena, CA; Conducted assessment of two acre residential site to determine whether it was feasible and practical to subdivide into two separate parcels.
Alhambra Unified School District, Alhambra, CA; Conducted site planning assessments at various elementary schools to locate and integrate new classroom buildings within existing urban campuses.
