Mark Keppel High School

Phase 2

This is one of three major high school addition projects being constructed as part of the recent measure C Bond Project passed by the City of Alhambra in 2005. Project costs is estimated to be $40,000,000 and will include three major building additions to the 45 year old campus; a gymnasium, a 3 story classroom and music building, and a 2 story science classroom building. Total added square footage will be 80,000 sf of teaching space. A major consideration in the planning of the new buildings was the ongoing operation of the existing campus during construction. This is a current project for Alhambra Unified School District where ML Architecture is the lead Project Manager and construction oversight firm for the Architectural team.

In collaboration with LHA Architects three new buildings for the 54 year old campus are being developed.
